Bluu Academy is our gamified internal training and certification platform for Flow support representatives. It helps agents build customer support expertise in sports packages, premium movie networks, and customer care excellence.
Who can register and sign in?
Registration is restricted to authorized company email domains, specifically @libertycaribbean.com and @cwc.com.
How do I receive my verification code (OTP)?
In our live environment, the 6-digit verification code is generated automatically. Since this is an internal demo instance, the system will display your code directly on the verification overlay window for convenience during testing.
Can I track my learning progress and print certificates?
Yes! Every completed lesson and quiz score awards you XP. Once you complete all lessons in a training module, you unlock a custom certification badge which you can print directly from your Profile tab.
